Trainer Profile:

Tamar Gogishvili is a Masters of Work and Organizational Psychology (Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, 2009). She is now a PhD student of Organizational Psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. 
Tamar has been working in the consultancy field since 2007. She has been actively involved in various HR consultancy projects in a variety of sectors, both private and governmental organisations, small, medium and large enterprises. HR consultancy projects that Tamar participated in as a consultant involved such areas, as conducting job analysis and drafting jobs descriptions, developing new organizational structures or improving existing structures, staff recruitment and selection, job evaluation and salary grid development, etc.
Tamar has been working with Quadra Consulting in Georgia since 2008. As of January, 2011 she is the senior consultant of Quadra. She specializes in implementing management systems and conducting various relevant trainings, performing ISO internal audits and managing risk assessments. Tamar’s specialization is in the following standards: ISO 9001:2008 (Quality), ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety), OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001:2004 (Environment), ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (Laboratory), Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Tamar is currently being trained in the design and implementation of ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security).
